If you have a dispute with another committee member or with the board, and you feel like you can’t resolve the issue yourself, you can contact our mediators. They will try to help you end the conflict by mediating a conversation. Needless to say, they will never choose sides and will handle your information confidentially. This year Fleur van der Goes and Kirsten Buitelaar are the mediators.
Fleur van der Goes
Fleur is currently doing her Master’s degree in Child and Adolescent Psychology. Last academic year, she completed her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. She works at Inzowijs, in the past as an ambulatory counselor and momentarily at a special needs school near FSW at the after school care. This is a job she really enjoys and which inspired her to start with her current Master’s degree. Within Labyrint, she was a writer for the deSofa committee two years ago, and was the chair of the Network committee last year. This year she is part of the Advisory Board.
Kirsten Buitelaar
Kirsten has a background as a nurse, for which she obtained her bachelor's degree from Leiden University of Applied Sciences in 2019. In 2021, she decided to pursue a bachelor's degree in Psychology, which she recently completed. Currently, she still works as a supervisor in a nursery home and started her master's degree in Health & Medical Psychology. Within Labyrint, she was part of the Long Studytrip committee last year and is now a member of the Advisory Board. Additionally, she is also a member of the Social Activities Committee (SoAcie) and writes for deSofa.
