What does the future for Psychologists look like? Will robots take over our jobs? Will therapy be given by chatbots? The labour market is constantly changing because of new  (technological) developments. The world becomes faster and digitalizes. What consequences does this have for the current and future labour market? And how can you as an individual act upon these changes?

These and several other topics regarding e-health, sustainable employability and brain-computer interface will be addressed during the lectures at the alumni symposium of Study association Labyrint. We would love to welcome you at the symposium 'Psychology of the Future' on Thursday the 7th of February from 18:30 at the Faculty of Social and Behavioural Sciences from Leiden University. The opening lecture will start at 18:55 in SC01 by Joanne Mouthaan, who will tell us something more about e-health. After the opening lecture there will be two rounds. Each round you can choose between two different speakers. In between these rounds, there will be drinks, so you can share your thoughts about the interesting lectures:

Round 1 (19:50):

  • Tom de Vries     -   Sustainable employability
  • Peter Desain      -   Brain-Computer Interface

Round 2 (21:00)
